Distinct TeleConsult
Remote and online medical consultation allows you consult with our doctor wherever you are, get your medications without leaving your home, and expedite issuance of medical certificates and referral letters. Access to the internet through a smart device is required for video consultation. After the session, you may be required to follow up in person for additional health services.
Who is eligible to use Distinct Teleconsult?
Existing and new patients seeking non-emergency medical consultation.
Conditions suitable for teleconsultation:
- Headaches and migraine
- Fever, cold and flu
- Diarrhoea and constipation
- Cough and sore throat
- Rashes and skin irritation
Teleconsultation is not suitable for emergency conditions or severe symptoms (e.g. chest pain, breathing difficulties, severe abdominal pain). If you require urgent medical attention, please call 995 or visit your nearest A&E department.
What are the fees?
a) Consultation fee: $30
b) Medication Charges:
As per usual in-clinic charges.
c) Delivery Charges:
Start from $3 depending on distance. Free in-clinic pickup.

How to make payment?
After the consultation, we will issue an invoice for you to make your payment via FAST bank transfer (PayNow).
