Profhilo Side Effects
Profhilo is extremely low risk and has virtually no side effects. It is 100% biocompatible and biodegradable, made from pure hyaluronic acid without any other chemicals.
Treatment Area
The treatment uses the Bio Aesthetic Point (BAP) technique, which involves injecting a total of 10 points (5 on each side) under the face. The BAP technique was developed to maximize the diffusion of Profhilo and avoid large blood vessels and nerves in the face.
Unlike other injectable treatments that require more than 30 injection sites, this treatment has fewer injection sites to minimize the risk of pain and bruising. Individuals who are afraid of injectable treatments may want to consider Profhilo.
Treatment Procedure
Prior to the treatment, the skin is cleaned and prepped with numbing cream which helps to reduce or minimize client’s discomfort during the procedure.
A BAP needle will be used for the injections and the entire injectable process will take around 10-20 minutes.
With little to no downtime for post-treatment, patients are able to head home or return to work right away. The Profhilo treatment recommend 2 sessions, 4 weeks apart, for optimal results.
